I need artwork created or I only have my logo on my business card and it is not in the format required?
Logo On has a full graphic art department available to design your artwork. We are also able to copy your logo from a business card, letterhead or just clean up your drawing on that napkin and put it in a format that we can use for production.
What is a setup charge or screen charge?
Setup charges are for the time, materials and labor needed to calibrate the equipment to do your project. The charges vary by the number of colors on the imprint and the method of imprinting being used on the promotional product. For example when you screen print a promotional item, a new screen is needed for each color. Please call us for ideas on products that offer the best value for multicolor or full color imprints.
How long will it take to get my order?
There are many options to meet your event date. Three weeks is an average time needed to place an order, approve the artwork, produce the item and ship it to your destination. Most orders take a couple days to get the proof done and sent to you, around ten days for production and 3 to 5 days for shipping, depending on the product, the artwork, quantity and type of imprinting being done.
I need a RUSH on my order; can I get it faster than the production time listed?
Many products are available in as little as 24 to 72 hours production time. We even have some products we can have in your hands the next day. There may be a rush charge on some products and we need to verify time is available on the production schedule for some suppliers. Call us and we will find the best fit to make sure we meet the deadline for your project.
What about shipping?
Shipping ground is the best value and usually takes 3 to 5 days to most US locations. Charges are based on the size, weight, destination and speed of shipping. Some items like mugs and magnets weigh more and increase the cost of shipping. If you need your order quickly, we can expedite the shipping.
Please be aware the costs go up dramatically for overnight and 2nd day air over ground shipping.
I want to embroider or screen print my logo on apparel, how much will it cost?
Logo On offers a wide array of apparel from t-shirt and polo's to caps and leather goods. We carry the current fashion trends and offer name brands like Nike, Munsingwear, Jockey, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Bella, Port Authority, Page and Tuttle, and Badger sportswear just to name a few.
Pricing depends on a variety of things:
1. The quantity ordered.
2. Screen printing
* The number of locations we are imprinting on the item.
* The number of colors we are imprinting on each location.
3. Embroidery
* Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches needed for the design.
* There is also a digitizing charge to determine how to stitch the design on that fabric or cap.
We also will do debossing, sublimation, rhinestone, textured and special effects screen printing, appliques, heat press, patches and direct on garment printing.
